Location: Millbury, MA / East Boston, MA

Status: Full-Time | Priority Talent Pipeline

Schedule: Daytime and Overnight shifts available (Local Routes)

Compensation: $28 - $35/hour (Based on experience)

Mission Statement — CDL-A Driver

The CDL-A Driver is the engine of our supply chain. Your mission is to safely and efficiently move product and raw materials between our East Boston cider house and our Millbury warehouse. This is a 100% local, no-touch freight role. You stay in the cab, handle professional docking, and get home every single day.

Note: This is an Evergreen Role. We are always looking for disciplined, safety-first drivers to join our priority pipeline. When a seat opens up, we look to this list of pre-qualified drivers first.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport: Safely move palletized product and raw materials between facilities.

• Drop & Hook: Execute trailer swaps at the offsite warehouse with precision.

• Compliance: Maintain daily pre- and post-trip logs plus time sheets for DOT compliance.

• Regulation: Stay current on all DOT regulations regarding hours of service and alcohol beverage transport.

Required Qualifications

• License: Valid CDL-A and at least 6 months of driving experience.

• Driving Record: Clean MVR with no drug or alcohol violations in the last 20 years.

• Physical: Valid medical card, ability to pass DOT physicals, and ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Flexibility: Willingness to take on day or night shifts as the business requires.

• Bonus Points: Forklift experience.
