Mission Statement — Territory Manager
As a Territory Manager, you are the face of Downeast in the market. Your mission is to grow sales, expand distribution, and elevate our visibility across both on- and off-premise accounts. This is a high-velocity role designed for ambitious graduates ready to own a multimillion-dollar territory, build meaningful relationships, and move Downeast toward becoming the #1 hard cider in America.

Key Responsibilities
Sell, Sell, Sell
Execute against monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Increase Downeast’s presence in existing accounts and introduce new products.
Prospect, pitch, and close new accounts across on- and off-premise channels (15% target close rate).
Seek out and secure merchandising, display, and promotional opportunities.
Flex Your People Skills
Spend 80–90% of your time in the field visiting accounts.
Build strong relationships with account decision-makers.
Partner with wholesaler reps to increase sales and maintain market visibility.
Keep Track of It All
Record all account activity and visit notes in VIP / Karma CRM.
Maintain clean, actionable data to help the team track market pulse.
Create and send weekly recaps of account work to wholesalers.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (completed or upcoming).
Legal: At least 21 years old (federal & state alcohol regulations).
Mobility: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Mindset: A "can-do" attitude and a high motor.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; proficient in Google Suite.
